Inspiring Astrological Meditations

The Sun is in Gemini, the last sign of Spring. This is the beginning season of the Astrological Calendar and an excellent time to introduce our meditations. Our wish is to help you tune into your deeper natures using imagery corresponding to the movements of the planets in the Heavens. We have two main types of meditations - a daily mediation and a sign meditation. Currently, new daily meditations will be offered on every Saturday and Sunday.

As our meditations are only around 10 minutes long, we recommend you find a quiet space where you can close your eyes and let your mind go where it needs to while we guide you through imagery that will connect you to the energies that are present at that time.

If you are new to HeavensWithin, we suggest that you listen to the Sign Meditation first before moving on to the Daily ones. This way you will get more in tune with the overall sign energy, before moving on to that day’s energy. The current sign meditation is Taurus.
